Junior School raises over £10,000 for Help for Heroes
We are delighted to announce that St George's Junior School, Weybridge has raised a grand total of over £10,000 for Help for Heroes. The response from parents, friends and relatives of the children has been overwhelming and we are hugely grateful for the generosity shown.

Year 6 rugby development afternoon at the College
On Wednesday 10 December, all of the Year 6 boys from St George’s Junior School, Weybridge went to St George’s College, Weybridge to watch the College 1st XV rugby team play in the NatWest Vase against Esher College and have a training session with the College coaches.

Steel frame installation at Junior School new build
The most visible works so far have begun at the new Lower Years building at St George’s Junior School, Weybridge, with the installation of the building’s steel frame.

Life in the trenches
Pupils at St George’s Junior School, Weybridge, have been finding out about life in the trenches as part of their World War 1 project. All pupils from Year 1 to 6 took part in a specially adapted workshop suitable for their Year Group.

WW1 boot camp for ‘Help For Heroes’
Pupils were put through their paces ‘boot camp style’ this week, as Mr ‘Sergeant’ Clements, Head of Physical Education, and Mrs ‘Captain’ Waters, Director of Sport, ran the children round a variety of challenges supported by all the Junior School staff.

Today, 26 November, pupils from St George’s Junior School, Weybridge, relocated their usual Wednesday Mass for a special Mass at Christ the Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Weybridge.
