We are very proud of our Junior School Library. It is a pleasure to see the children thoroughly making use of this wonderful facility, which has been recently refurbished by the St George's College parents' society.

The Library at St George's Junior School contains 13,500 books, educational games, story CDs and DVDs for loan. In the Library, the pupils have the opportunity not just to learn through reading, but also to participate in author visits, Book Bug Club and other exciting events organised around literary days.

There is also the opportunity to use computers, listen to story tapes and play educational board games. Children in the Lower Years are encouraged to borrow one book per week and in the Upper Years they are allowed to borrow two fiction and two non fiction books, one story CD and one educational game.
