Service Desk Analyst
Hours: 8.00 am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year subject to departmental shift patterns, plus occasional evening and week-end work plus INSET days, occasional training days and open mornings.
We are seeking a pro-active, organised and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our Network & Service Desk subdivision of the IT Department.
Working under the Network and ServiceDesk Manager, it is an opportunity to deliver vital Information Technology and Digital provision, across both our sites, whilst supporting and administering a wide-ranging IT Service Desk. We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and organised individual who will be committed to the delivery of an outstanding service at St George’s Weybridge.
You should have excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills to foster good working relationships with staff, suppliers and contractors. You should be self-motivated, with proven ability to work independently to a high standard as well as working as part of a team.
