Transport Customer Services Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year – Permanent Contract.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (occasional late working and weekend work).

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our highly respected Facilities Department at Senior Management level. With a Customer Service emphasis you will lead and manage the provision of our transport service across both school sites. We are a dynamic and friendly environment seeking an energetic and strategic thinker with clear vision and solid networking and communication skills.

With excellent IT skills, you will be an Excel champion with experience using Google Maps, Office Suite, Tracking, Mapping and Database software, and a knowledge of Facilities Management Software is also desirable. Using your strong communication and people management skills you will be expected to cultivate strong relationships on multiple levels, by phone and face to face, and also engage with internal and external contacts to resolve complaints.

This position requires an innovative, fresh and enthusiastic approach to work with and assist the Head of Facilities to brainstorm and implement new business development ideas.You will need the confidence to present and must be open to new challenges and willing to learn and maintain our existing products and services.

As well as overseeing the day to day running of transport you will also be required to organise and oversee all health and safety checks and routine vehicle checks whilst adhering to both company and statutory requirements. You must also be aware of all transport legislation and procedures to ensure company compliance with a knowledge and understanding of budgets and financial controls, legislation and relevant fleet controls.

This role can be greatly fulfilling with an array of varied tasks and duties from people management to ensuring the maintenance of vehicles. Overall we are looking for a real team player ready to take on a challenging role that will deliver great rewards.

Dining Room/Playground Supervisor (Junior School)

Hours: 10 hours per week, 11.30am –1.30pm Monday to Friday.

Term time only (including INSET days and occasional training days - 36 weeks per year). You will accrue four weeks annual leave which must be taken during holiday periods.

We are seeking a Dining Room and Playground Supervisor to provide a high quality of care to children within the lower years. The successful applicant will be supervising children, distributing and cutting up lunches as required and taking particular care to oversee the children that have dietary requirements and allergies.

In addition to this, you will be able to maintain orderly and appropriate behaviour, whilst regulating the children at lunchtime to ensure a safe and harmless playground environment.

Dining Room Assistant (Junior School)

Hours: 23.75 hours per week, 10.15am – 3pm Monday to Friday.

Term time only (including INSET days and occasional training days - 36 weeks per year). You will accrue 4 weeks annual leave which must be taken during holiday periods.

We are seeking a Dining Room Assistant to cover the lunchtime period. Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience working within a catering department and have the ability to work at a highest standards of hygiene and Healthy and Safety requirements.

In addition, the successful applicant will possess good communication skills and provide customer satisfaction to pupils, staff and visitors. You will work well as part of a supportive team, but also have the initiative to work unsupervised. Being reliable and having a flexible approach are strengths to all aspects of the role.

Administration Assistant for Lettings & Holiday Clubs

Hours: Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week (hours by agreement), 52 weeks per year – Permanent Contract (these hours are flexible and it is expected that the successful applicant will work to meet the business requirement and will include occasional weekend and evening work, plus attendance at Open Days).

We're looking for a proactive, confident and enthusiastic Admin Assistant for the Lettings and Holiday Club business who will play a supporting role in presenting the professional face of St George’s Weybridge. The post holder will play a crucial part for all commercial, community and public benefit bookings and will be the first point of contact for enquiries for letting our facilities at both the College and Junior School.

This role would be perfect for someone who has worked in a fast paced administrative environment with experience of communicating with internal and external stakeholders. An individual who has a calm, flexible and proactive approach during pressurised intervals; who takes real pride in achieving the team objectives; and ensures high standards are maintained and St George’s procedures are adhered to.
