At St George’s Weybridge we employ a number of full and part time staff in a wide range of Academic and Business posts. As you can see from this website, our location and facilities are superb.
Conditions for staff are excellent, with friendly and supportive staff rooms in both the College and Junior School and a relaxed and friendly relationship between staff and pupils. Staff professional development is given very high priority. There is an induction programme for new staff, full statutory induction for all NQTs and a programme of whole school and departmental inset. Salaries are competitive and on the School’s own scale.
School accommodation is sometimes available for the first year of service and the School offers an employee loan scheme for permanent appointments.
